Please note that this list is not exhaustive but includes everything you should need to have an enjoyable and safe time with us!<\/p>\n<div class=\"one-half first\">\n<div class=\"fact-title\"><b>Recommended Kit<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"thefacts\">\n<ul>\n<li>Wear comfortable clothing for paddling in &#8211; NO JEANS. Fleece or wool is ideal.<\/li>\n<li>Wear Wellingtons or boots \/ trainers,\u00a0 you don&#8217;t mind getting wet [no sandals\/flip flops]<\/li>\n<li>Bring a 2nd FULL set of clothes to paddle in &#8211; as above.<\/li>\n<li>Warm hat and gloves<\/li>\n<li>Waterproofs &#8211; trousers and jacket with hood.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable boots\/ shoes for evening<\/li>\n<li>Toothbrush and toiletries<\/li>\n<li>Small towel<\/li>\n<li>Personal medication<\/li>\n<li>Insect repellent<\/li>\n<li>Sun cream [you never know!]<\/li>\n<li>Sleeping bag<\/li>\n<li>A little camping pillow for luxury purposes only, not an absolute requirement!<\/li>\n<li class=\"last-item\">Tent or a Tarp and Bivi Bag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half\">\n<div class=\"thefacts\">\n<ul>\n<li>Camping mattress<\/li>\n<li>Spoon, Bowl, Cup<\/li>\n<li>Torch and spare batteries &#8211; head torch is ideal<\/li>\n<li>Any personal favourite snacks.<\/li>\n<li>Large dry bag<\/li>\n<li>Knife<\/li>\n<li class=\"last-item\">Change of clothes for last night\/journey home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fact-title\"><b>Optional extras:\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"thefacts\">\n<ul>\n<li>Thermarest chair<\/li>\n<li>Camera and film<\/li>\n<li>Binoculars<\/li>\n<li>Be aware with any element of fire lighting, there is a small risk of sparks, therefore please do not<\/li>\n<li class=\"last-item\">wear your best, new kit\/clothing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>Please let us know if you would like us to provide equipment I.e. tent\/tarp, camping mattress, dry bags etc.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kit List Please find below our recommended kit lists for Overnight Canoe Journeys and Expeditions.
